Trying to figure out best option.
I bought a small brisket on wed night.
Didn't get to cook it till friday.
Baked it with onions, potatoes, carrots and a sauce, on friday afternoon.
Refrigerated over shabbos.
Sliced tonight.
Now :
Put in fridge and will serve first night of RH?
or
Put in freezer till RH?

Freeze the meat right away. Eat the potatoes for dinner this week.

The potatoes wouldn't survive being frozen?

No. It's too long.

I can't, I have to cook it first. I work full time and work a whole day on erev yt and need to cook everything (or almost everything ) in advance.
