Can I put it away for next week or so? Will anyone notice it was frozen once defrosted? Will the meat go bad or something?

I'm not sure about store bought although I would assume it's okay.
Homemade freezes beautifully.
I would defrost and then warm in the oven uncovered for a few minutes.
