This is so not my type lol I never do these natuarl homemade kinda stuff but my whole system got totally knocked out by a big dose of antibiotics and a zpac I took around a month ago; got crazy constipated, keep getting sick etc
A store bought probiotic isnt helping so I was wondering if homemade probiotic yogurt would make a differnce
How complicated is it? do I need a yogurt maker or I can do on stove? Where do I buy kosher culture? How do I know if a batch is succesful?

I make yogurt often. I don't think it's the answer. You'll probably be better off eliminating dairy from your diet altogether for the time being.
