Lasagna roll ups with spinach

It's basically a Creamed spinach smeared and rolled up on cooked and drained Lasagna noodles. Then made a sauce with the spinach on top. Bake.

Later I can share the recipe.

This is my tentative menu, will see how much I will actually get to make. Started on some things but not all.


I love this menu.
Could I have your lukshen kugel with honey recipe and stir fry kugel recipe if possible.

Stirfry veg kugel

Saute onions and garlic with frozen stir fry veg, with salt and pepper.
Then combine with eggs mayo spices or soup mix like I do for the cauliflower kugel bake.

Original recipe is not with mayo or soup mix just eggs and spices.

Bake until golden

Lukshen kugel is in original pupa cookbook as beginners lukshen kugel.

Easy one bowl recipe.

I do it in loaf pans.

Yes. And yes.

Best is to bake before serving or that day, so they don't get dry.

I freeze raw, and therefore serve first night, so I can bake it erev

There baked apple fritters, kind of like a big apple cookie. I serve them room temp with warm apple cider and a cinnamon stick

Wow… this thread started on September 13! I can FINALLY add my menu!
I usually prepare simple food that I serve a few times. The things I have in bulk in the freezer is what gets served over again.

Same for both
cook up till pretty soft drain water add sauteed onions 1 tbsp onion soup mix 1 egg 1/4 cup mayo put in muffin tins bake about 25-30 mins check after that.
