Peel 3 apples. Dice the apples and 3 unpeeled yellow pears into a Pyrex pie dish. Mix with a sprinkle of cinnamon, potato starch, coconut sugar and a splash of lemon juice and let macerated.

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup each almond flour, oats, chopped walnuts, and potato starch. Add a tsp of cinnamon and a little salt. Add 2T oil and 2T maple syrup and mix to form crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes until fruit is bubbling and soft

Roasted baby squash
Potato kugel
Apple crumble
A meat, different one each week, either steak I grill Friday afternoon, or sliced meat from takeout, or roast, London broil)
Baked apple for dessert, kids will sometimes have warm chocolate cake or frozen chocolate pie
