Spelt sourdough
Tomato dip (tomatoes, garlic, avocado oil, salt)
Babaganoush (eggplant, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt)
Garlic confit (garlic cloves, olive oil, herbs)
Various versions of baked salmon prepped with clean ingredients (Teriyaki, maple-"soy", onion-garlic)
Chicken soup with veggie croutons
Ginger-"soy" pargiyot
Potato kugel (avocado oil, organic eggs)
Apple pear crumble (diced apples and pears, crumbs made from almond flour, sprouted oats, walnuts, maple syrup and coconut oil)

Same sourdough and dips
Same fish
Eggs, liver and Lettuce salad
Brown rice cholent
Fruit

Sample Friday night menu:
-Roasted chicken with simple ingredients (spices, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, pepper)
-Steak (not cheap but my husband grills it before shabbos with salt and pepper and we'll serve it for Friday night room temperature)
-Roasted brocoli or cauliflower with salt, pepper, minced garlic, olive oil (for cauliflower I might add turmeric or paprika for color)
-rice
-A tray of cut up peppers /carrots
-Chummus, homemade parsley dip (fresh parsley, olive oil, garlic cloves, salt and pepper) and homemade techina
-fruit for dessert

Olives, chummus, techina, garlic confit
Chicken soup (no consume, just veg, chicken, spices)
Meat (no store bought sauces, just spices, drizzle of honey, sometimes mustard /vinegar)
Rice
Roasted Cauliflour, zuccini and sweet potatoes
Baked apples for dessert (dice, Sprinkle W cinnamon, and bake covered) serve hot, sometimes alongside pareve ice cream

Peel 3 apples. Dice the apples and 3 unpeeled yellow pears into a Pyrex pie dish. Mix with a sprinkle of cinnamon, potato starch, coconut sugar and a splash of lemon juice and let macerated.

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup each almond flour, oats, chopped walnuts, and potato starch. Add a tsp of cinnamon and a little salt. Add 2T oil and 2T maple syrup and mix to form crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes until fruit is bubbling and soft

I buy Royo rolls. My meals during the week are protein and vegetbles and shabbos isnt that different:

broiled salmon
fresh green salad
bought humus

broiled or baked chicken
roasted vegetables

Night: chicken soup, roasted chicken, grilled veggie, roasted potatoes or potato kugel, rice, gluten free cookies and candy for kids.
Day: fish, cholent, salad, chicken or roasted tofu bits in the salad, any leftovers from night.

due to picky eaters, I make a huge variety so everyone has something to eat. Most of us eat just a couple of things from the list

Friday afternoon
Store bought shnitzel, potato kugel, Frank and blank
Leftovers get used Friday night meal also

Friday night
Homemade regular challah
Homemade sourdough (my daughter bakes that)
I have spelt matza
Gefilte fish
Baked salmon (rotate recipes weekly, either, Moroccan, honey mustard, pesto, maple)
Chicken soup with vegetables, noodles, knaidle
Baked chicken
Roasted baby squash
Potato kugel
Apple crumble
A meat, different one each week, either steak I grill Friday afternoon, or sliced meat from takeout, or roast, London broil)
Baked apple for dessert, kids will sometimes have warm chocolate cake or frozen chocolate pie
