Lasagna roll ups with spinach
It's basically a Creamed spinach smeared and rolled up on cooked and drained Lasagna noodles. Then made a sauce with the spinach on top. Bake.
Later I can share the recipe.

Stirfry veg kugel
Saute onions and garlic with frozen stir fry veg, with salt and pepper.
Then combine with eggs mayo spices or soup mix like I do for the cauliflower kugel bake.
Original recipe is not with mayo or soup mix just eggs and spices.
Bake until golden

Thank you so much Dankbar for the recipes!
The rollups get breaded on both sides?
Baked without liquid?

Yes. And yes.
Best is to bake before serving or that day, so they don't get dry.
I freeze raw, and therefore serve first night, so I can bake it erev
