try the primevara one in KBD entertains - just make sure you slice the veggies as thin as you can, and don't pile them on

salmon fillet, layer w/ mustard, w/sliced zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes and bread crumbs - the only real work is slicing the veggies

We happened to love it and I make it all the time. But another great recipe - honey, teriyaki sauce, circles of fresh garlic. Mix together and put fish skin side up and bake - heaven and easy

I made it for shavuous last year and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it. I don't make fish so often so I haven't made it since but I was thinking abt making it again.

It looks beautiful and is really not that much work.

You thinly slice the zucchini, yellow squash, and plum tomatoes, then arrange them in alternating rows.

I make a maple balsamic glazed salmon that's really good. Let me know if you want the recipe.
