How long is it still good if it was cooked/baked wednesday afternoon?

It's usually good for 3-4 days. So from Wednesday I wouldn't eat after Shabbos.

I agree that no longer than 3 days.

In the future you could freeze the cooked salmon and then use it for something where texture isn't so important like salmon cakes or even salmon salad.

Also depends how it was cooked. I cook mine with vinegar (sweet & sour/pickled) and it lasts weeks.
