My kids BH grew very fast this year. How do you manage to buy new clothing/shoes when I barely have money to cover my basic bills? In this case, clothing is also basics. I didn’t expect that every single pants or every single uniform jumper would be short/small at this point.

We buy a little bigger to begin... they shrink in the wash. I doubt all your kids moved a full size up in 4 months?
Always size up.
Hand-me downs.

I get a ton of hand me downs but pants and shoes are a no go. They eat into our grocery bills. My son needs new pants and shoes emergency and I keep pushing it off because I have no idea how we can afford them. We might need to eat pb sandwiches for dinner for a week or two.

Almost all our clothing is either from the gemach or goodwill.

What size is he? I’m always giving away pants and occasionally smaller size shoes. My younger son keeps his shoes in pristine condition and they’re often nice enough to give away.
