Is there a way for me to make a dairy dish in my mostly used meat oven? Haven’t used it in 24 hours and the oven is clean.

Double wrap it. That's what caterers do for not kosher ovens.
Alternatively, kasher your oven by putting it on 450-500 degrees for a while (an hour ish). Poskim vary on the time and temperature required so you're best off asking someone you follow.

Make sure the oven is very clean no meat residue. If you have a self cleaning oven that's the best. If not after it's clean put it on 500 for an hour. Check with your Posek

I'm 99% sure that according to R' Neustadt, the dish just has to be well covered to prevent steam contamination.
