Chocolate Moose- you keep mentioning Spark People- is that a cookbook?? A person??? a recipe place??? whatever it is it sounds like that they have good recipes!

Pineapple Kugel
1 can crushed pineapple drained
4 eggs
1/2 C oil
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 graham cracker crust

Mix all ingredients and pour into crust
Bake at 350 for approx 1 hr

Asparagus Portobello salad

2 bunches of asparagus cut diagonal
cut off tough parts
cut in 1/3 or 1/4
boil water (salted), turn off fire, leave in pot approx 5 min and then stick them in ice water

Portobello- 4 large sliced in half sprinkle them with salt and olive oil. Broil until done (turn once) Once they're cooled slice the mushrooms

Slice 3 colored peppers
Mix ingredients together and add dressing
Dressing:
1 C olive iol
3/4 C vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5 Tbsp sugar
4 cloves crushed garlic

diet chocolate mousse (regular mousse sweetened with splenda for DH who is on a diet)
salmon gefilte fish
roast chicken
potato and carrot kugel
cole slaw
tuna fish

The white bean chicken soup is a chicken soup but with white beans in it. The beans make the soup thicker, heartier and creamy it comes out amazingly good.
The chicken and bulgher recipe is in Norene Gilletz's healthy helpings/mealiniyum cookbook but I can post it if you need. The white bean chicken soup is in the same cookbook.
Chicken and egg is a sort of chinese dish with shredded chicken in soy sauce with a lot of egg drop.
They are all quite yum!

we're on our own, so very simple:

friday night:

home made whole wheat challah
chicken soup with vermicelli
sweet red cabbage
whole rice
chicken - not sure what yet. probably stick it in the oven with garlic
some kind of a salad
pineapple upside down cake

lunch
home made challah
(we eat early so no first course)
cholent (made by my dearest...)
schnitzel
veg. quiche
salad
strawberry jello (again- made by my dearest - if we don't have it the kids will be disappointed)
