A mix of idaho and Yukon gold potatoes mashed with a ricer. Nice and golden sauteed in alot of oil. Then a tablespoon of margarine.

I usually end up with extra filling so I usually double the blintz recipe or freeze the filling for future use.

how do you freeze and defrost?
any way to pack it, to freeze well?
warm straight on hot plate or defrost first?
