Pulled beef and pulled chicken cutlets in the crock pot. (Beef I put up last night so it simmers almost 24 hours, chicken I put in a separate bag in the crock pot this morning, cooks for 8-9 hours).

I took out ground beef to defrost, I am split between tacos and some sort of meat sauce. We will see how the day goes.

It was a long day and everyone was tired so I provided omelets and salad, and told everyone that if they wanted more, they needed to provide it for themselves. DD2 made herself oatmeal for "dessert." I had toast with my omelet and eggs, etc. I really do love breakfast food.

Frozen broccoli florets in a pot with salt and a little water. Boil, and cover. The steam cooks the broccoli rather than sitting in water.

Pepper steak in the crockpot with mushrooms and peppers, white rice. Scrambled eggs and toast for my picky one.
