Chicken strips in garlic sauce.
Steak fries.
soup of some sort (from the freezer, probably fleishig onion soup)
salad.

I'm eating out at a late meeting. My guess is that I'll have tuna or grilled chicken in a wrap because that's usually the type of stuff they put out.

Older girls are on their own. I'm guessing, the chicken strips in the salad for them.......

I'm using a frozen bag of broccoli that's been thawed (don't let it get soggy and fully defrosted).

I made this yesterday and it was really good! I put broccoli around, and also made sweet potato fries. Yum.
Today is tuna latkes from the freezer, quartered Yukon potatoes with mayo and ketchup mixture, and corn on the cob from the freezer.
Kids had frozen breaded chicken shapes from package and french fries.

We weren't home most of today. Appointments with the kids.
So....
Kids had a peanut butter sandwich at mil. At their usual dinner time. Then when we got home before getting ready for bed they had cream of chicken soup (left over from yesterday) with a few chicken pcs in it.

Adults will have Fish sticks from the freezer isle and dairy mashed potatoes. Might have some yogurt or a fruit.

Chicken bottoms (cooked in crock pot), ferfel (made with the sauce of the chicken), chicken soup.
The kids create their own menu... apple sauce, cottage cheese and banana (add sprinkles over both), yogart, bread, frozen pizza, scrambled eggs.... whatever they find, anything but fleishig...

Sure.

I don't do exact recipes, though

Mince some garlic cloves into small pieces. Brown in oil until only lightly browned. You want a garlic infused oil. Add some salt to taste

Marinate chicken breast chunks in the garlic oil (not deeply soaked, just that they appear wet) a few hours

cover pan (we like it very soft)

bake at 350 till done (15 min maybe)
