Marinate chicken in mixture of cornstarch and soy sauce
Cut in strips vegetables I have in fridge
I uses from this list but each time different
Peppers, mushrooms , carrots , onions, celery, sugar snap peas, baby corn, water chestnuts.
Mince garlic ( if like flavor ginger)
Put frying pan o high heat
Add the chicken to frying pan
Add garlic and ginger
Once chicken is white add veggies
Let them sauté a little I like them crunchy so give it shorter time
Adds equal amounts of soy sauce , maple syrup( can use brown sugar)
Splash of vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Lower frying pan
Add cooked linguine ( can use spaghetti )
Add a little of the pasta water
Let it. Cook a little bit more
When I am in a fancy mood I garnish with scallions and sesame seeds
