burgers, dogs, slaw
kids made chicken, rice, salad

Sunday - pizza
Monday - stir fried chicken with Chinese vegetables, brown rice
Tuesday - I was away, had curried lamb and potato chips. Kids at MIL had hot dogs with roasted potato cubes, dh had that plus some chicken breast that he cooked in his own special sauce
Wednesday - spaghetti with grated cheese, creamed spinach
Thursday - fried flounder, french fries and steamed broccoli

For this coming week...
Sunday: Shabbos leftovers
Monday: Grilled salmon and cauliflower with tomatoes
Tuesday: Steak and mushrooms with soy sauce glaze (DH birthday ) and spinach salad
Wednesday: Sesame chicken, latkes, edamame salad
Thursday: Pizza

Sunday- soup with gnocchi and bread
Monday-chili
Tuesday- pink pasta
Wednesday- pulled chicken sandwiches
Thursday- Either of the latkes with cheese from joy of kosher

Wednesday: pasta
Thursday: veggie chili and cornbread

Tonight: party at my mil
monday: leftovers from shabbos in whatever version we will fancy.
tuesday: deep fried mushrooms, eggs and salad (may change )
wednesday: grilled cutlets, couscous and salad
thursday: pasta and cheese/ veg soup and pasta

I use chopped scallions, white wine and the five chinese spice blend plus the soy and ginger above.

The BBQ chicken sandwiches were a big hit. I took two chicken breasts and cooked them on low in the crockpot with a red onion and half a bottle of BBQ sauce and some water. I cooked on low for 6-7 hours. I took two forks And shredded the meat.

Tonight - portabello mushroom sandwiches
Monday- creamy enchiladas
Tuesday- chicken tika masala in the crockpot
Wednesday- either salmon or chili
Thursday- no idea

The portabello sandwitches came from quick and kosher
Meals in minutes. They were large mushrooms marinated and broiled and topped with cheese on a roll.
Menu for this week to be determined later today

Monday-shwarma chicken salad and pitas
Tuesday-chili, pasta, maybe ill take out taco shells too
Wenesday-baked ziti, tuna patties
Thursday-probably pizza
I feel like I need some more veggies here maybe Ill make soup some nights.
