What's mushroom lasagne? If it doesn't involve cheese or tomato sauce, I would be interested in the recipe. Vain hope, I know.

You could also make a white sauce w/equal parts margarine or oil and flour, then add a pareve milk (soy/rice/almond). Hmmmmmm... maybe I'll make that this shabbos!

the lasagna my sister made for me so I dont have the recipe but I know its from food network mag. in the november issue.
the meat loaf is half chicken half beef, alot of sauted onions a splash of ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, salt pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and an egg or two. then I sliced carrots the long way and put them on top. bake at 350 till done in the center covered, then uncovered.
broccoli was the frozen kind sprayed with pam and sprinkled with montreal steak seasoning and baked uncovered
mashed potatoes is mashed potatoes
cranberrry sauce (yum) is one bag of cranberries and one cup each of sugar and water boiling in a pot for 10-15 min.
best supper ever! and it looks really good on the plate too

Was supposed to be mock schwarma tonight (in pita with israeli salad) but had tons of leftovers, so it was chicken soup, garlic roasted chicken, romaine and grape tomato salad with a honey mustard vinaigrette (I mixed my chicken into this for a chicken salad), rice with mushrooms, sesame noodles, and broccoli florets.
[And of course my kids are "still hungry".]
Tomorrow night: tuna burgers or fishsticks (depending what my baby lets me do), mac and cheese, and israeli salad (I have to use up the produce that didn't get eaten tonight)
Tuesday night: Meat and macaroni one pot dinner. Vegetable to be determined.
Wednesday night: Baked ziti...

Its the chicken bites recipe from kosher elegance, efrat lib.
The sauce is made with apricot jam, chilli sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar. So I call it apricot chilli sauce
(delicious recipe btw and soooo worth those deep fried calories )

Tonight -- hamburgers with romaine lettuce, tomato, and onion on buns, and a garlic mayo as an optional sauce
Sunday night -- mock schwarma (chicken strips sauteed with onions and schwarma seasoning), pitas, israeli salad. Maybe french fries.
Monday night -- cheese vegetable omelets
Tuesday night -- fleishig lasagna (special for chanuka )
Wednesday night -- probably ziti, but I might do something else for chanukah
