I'm making dinner for a family with 9 kids and I have no idea where to start! I need something that:
-won't break the bank
-will be relatively quick to make
-preferrably fleishig
-nothing fancy. Should be as normal of a meal as possible
Ideas desperately needed and much appreciated!!
Thanks

A 9x13 pan of meat lasagna goes a long way and most people like. A nice big green salad appetizer, and grilled vegetables with olive oil and spices as the side. A cake for dessert.

Ask what they will all eat or you are wasting your time.

I usually do but they are having a crisis and not answering. I asked the organizer and she said 'idk they like simple normal stuff'.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions so far!

Maybe they'd go for things like salmon or baked ziti?

These simple schnitzels are always a hit (I believe it's from between carpools/Dinner Done):
1.5 lb schnitzel cut into small pieces (I guess you'll need to double or whatever)
mix together:
1 cup breadcrumbs
half cup oil
spices
Mix with schnitzel to coat.
Lay flat on pan and bake covered for around 40 min, uncovered for 10
So simple and always a hit.

Do you have a large family or grow up in a large family?
One 9x13 pan of anything is never going to be enough food for eleven people. It's much easier to visualize the amounts needed if she cooks separate pieces of chicken.
If you do want to go down the ground beef road, most kids like meatballs and spaghetti better than meat lasagna. You need to make 3 boxes of spaghetti and about five pounds of meat.
