Looking for a Friday night menu (when not having guest)
Some family members want dips, salad and fish. Some also need their shabbos chicken soup. And some want chicken with potato/kugel.
But by the time it's main course, they are all too full but still don't want to give up any other courses.
My family aren't big eaters but still don't want to give up on what is their favourite shabbos food.
What menu can I do that isn't too filling but still serve what everybody wants.

Not sure I get what you are looking for but sounds like you should just have one dip, one salad, one fish, chicken soup and rotate chicken with potatoes or kugel.

Sounds like you should make a regular shabbos meal that includes what each of them enjoy and they will eat the parts they like.
