I'm making a new rule. You're not allowed to post your menus anymore without supplying recipes! LOL
I'm still waiting for an invite... and be forewarned... I'm staying for a month so I can really enjoy your cooking.

I'm forwarned... and eagerly awaiting your arrival! But this has to be a fair deal... you can only come if you let ME come to you for the next month. LOL Your menus and all of your recipes are awesome!

I am trying TWINNY's lo mein recipe tonight. And I have authentic Asian noodles for it (refrigerated- from Nasoya.)
http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....=mein

Also trying rosegarden's basil chicken.

And the honey mustard drumstick's from Pomegranate's chef, as listed in last week's Bina. It looks awesome. Let me know if you'd like me to post.

Which one? rosegarden's basil chicken? It looks like it's a recipe for 4 portions of chicken. (I think I'll be using 4 chicken bottoms, legs and thighs separated.)

Also a first time menu planner - it feels great and so "on track" to know what's coming. I think you've converted me! Here's my menu for this week.

Mon - Thai noodles (Kids French Toast) and veg sticks
Tues - Grilled chicken cutlets, ra_mom's oven rice and veg, (Kids plain rice and petit pois)
Weds - Veg Soup, pizza, salad (boiled potato for diet me)
Thurs - Beef Goulash (Kids Fish fingers and latkes)

Just for the record, my kids are VERY DIFFICULT eaters hence the many [relatively unhealthy] alternatives for them.
