it was in the Binah or Mishpacha its really easy.
for every 2 pds of meat you use,
4 Tbs Soy sauce
2 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ginger
2 Tbs Duck Sauce
3 Tbs oil
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tomatoes seeded and diced
1 green and 1 red pepper sliced and put aside
Mix the Soy sauce Sugars salt pepper ginger and duck sauce. set aside
Saute onion and garlic in oil and meat and brown add the onion garlic and meat to your crockpot. pour sauce over meat add tomatoes. Let cook for 7 hours (it doesnt say low or high I put it for 3 hours on high the 4 hours on low but I bet it would work on low the whole time)
20 minutes before serving add the peppers to the crockpot.
serve over rice enjoy.

I am making it up as I type
SUN- lemon-herb bbq chicken and steak, rice w/ veggies, squash, and cabbage salad. YUM!
MON-schnitzel, asparagus, couscous w/ onions.
TUE- cabbage salad, fresh salad, something with pepper steak and rice. Any recipe ideas anyone????
WED-lasagna with lots of veggies, greek salad,
THU- roasted potatoes, something with fish and veggies, not sure. Fresh Salad and/or cabbage salad if there is left.
So basically, I need two recipes:
a. something with pepper steak and rice, can also be with pasta I have all those ingredients in my house.
b. Something with fish, (Not Salmon, to ridiculously expensive here) preferably with lots of veggies in the recipe, maybe spicy Moroccan style. Am looking for a recipe.
Any ideas?????
Thanks

I often see corn nuggets listed. I would like to make them sometime. Do you have a recipe to make them from scratch or are they a frozen store bought item?
