A very good question! They tore out my counter, cooktop, and sink today for the granite to be installed. I can microwave or bake, but without a sink it is tough. I had to go to four rooms to make the kids' lunches for tomorrow. The plastic spoons are in one room, the foil in another, etc. I'm glad I went with a company that can complete it in two days!

I do the grocery shopping straight after work, so DH is in charge of dinner....
Dd has production and is going to eat probably cereal and milk when she gets home, by herself!
I asked him to prepare tuna fish and I will bring home fresh bread and a tomato. I told him he could suprise me with a side dish; who knows if it'll be fries, corn, or something else!!!!!
what do YOU have planned?

veg. soup with pepper steak over brown rice.
I'll probably spice and bake some (frozen) green beens too.
(everything except rice is from freezer.)

Lentil sloppy joes, plus rice and salad I think. The sloppy lentils are in the crock pot; the rest will depend on whether I get a chance to check salad lettuce and remember in time to make the brown rice. Otherwise I guess it'll be frozen veggies alongside the sandwiches.

Beef goulash over rice with steamed peas. The goulash was fantastic, if I do say so myself.

spicy bean and sweet potato burritos. Since the kids don't like it, they are having eggs with vegetables that they eat.. (baby carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes)

delicious salmon baked in the oven
israely couscous
and ceasar salad
all done on the milchig side
my salmon is delicious
I mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika
pour it over the salmon and then add bread crums or corn flake crumbs on top and bake it for about 40 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered
and it comes out delicious.
then when the fish is ready and your whole house stinks like fish, take a pan put some water and some cinnamon could be powdered or fresh and put it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes with your oven on. it will give a delicious fresh smell and you will never be able to tell that you just baked fish
enjoy
