I make meat (deli) rolls every Shabbos, so I started buying a little extra meat, and sandwiches are our Thursday night dinner lately!
But what to make with it......we eat potato salad and coleslaw every Shabbos in shul, and DD doesn't like cabbage much anyway......and I don't like to eat anything mayonnaisey anyway....
I guess just pickles? And potato chips?

I always cook ferfl as the Thursday night starchy side dish. That way I already have my ferfl for Shabbos too. The rest of the dinner is different every Thursday evening.

We had baked beans, garlic-basil whole wheat couscous, and boiled potatoes. Typical quick Thursday night dinner around here. Today I get the leftovers for lunch, yum.

Anything goes, as long as there is no meat. Thursday night is Milchig supper night. Sometimes pizza, sometimes it is just tuna sandwiches with lots of fresh vegetables.
