Believe me Im a plant killer to and I didnt kill this. Yea they have either a 3 or a 6 pod one the 6 pod one is on sale for 129 but 20 percent off that makes it close to 100 dollars not bad and it really takes up no room it is totally worth it if u use lots of fresh herbs which it seems u do.

I'm going to discuss it. My husband will say HA because he thinks my kitchen stuff is taking over the house. By the way, I added orange juice to my fish vinaigrette just because I like it.

Clarissa, what kinds of toppings are there for Sloppy Joe?
I couldn't go shopping today because all the stores are closed (Ascension Day, anyone?) and the one open store didn't have anything I needed. So this is my menu, if I get out tomorrow.
Challa
teriyaki salmon kebabs on pasta
chicken or meat soup
barbecue chicken
baked mushroom rice
sweet potato salad
peach cobbler
cholents
kishke
flaked salmon salad on lettuce
chopped liver
grilled chicken composed salad
ice cream
If I don't get to go shopping, we'll be having
jarred gefilte fish instead of the salmon
ice cream for dessert both times
no sweet potato salad; probably carrot-celery salad instead
I hope I get to go shopping.

It's the one from last week's Mishpacha magazine and I've never tried it before. Also, I gave the magazine to my SIL by mistake before copying the recipe and I can't get through to her to ask her to give it to me, which is another strike against my making it tomorrow.

I'll see if my mother still has it, but I doubt it. If you get it and it's good, do you mind posting it?

I got through to my SIL and the kebabs were really good. Very yummy served warm Friday night. Less yummy but still edible cold on Shabbos morning. I wouldn't serve them in the morning again. Here's the recipe:
2 T. teriyaki sauce
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. ketchup
4 salmon fillets, cut into 4-6 cubes each
cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms, red pepper squares, pearl onions
Marinate fish in sauce half an hour, thread onto skewers with vegetables. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, uncovered. Serve on angel-hair pasta tossed with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and sliced scallions.
