Black Olive Dip

In food-processor:

6 cloves of garlic
1 can of seedless black olives

turn on, until pretty smooth, and start adding olive-oil while it's spinning, in a slow stream. (I would say about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, until it has a very smooth, pasty type of consistency.

My kids and DH really loved this dip. It's really delish on challah!!

4 T honey
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika

place chicken skin side down and brush with above mixture. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes, then turn chicken over, pour remaining mixture over it, sprinkle generously with poppy seeds, bake another ca. 45 minutes.

I'm on WW, so no, for me it'll be one cookie or two tablespoons of ice cream. If I have to be miserable, I'm dragging them all down with me.
