Black Olive Dip
In food-processor:
6 cloves of garlic
1 can of seedless black olives
turn on, until pretty smooth, and start adding olive-oil while it's spinning, in a slow stream. (I would say about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, until it has a very smooth, pasty type of consistency.
My kids and DH really loved this dip. It's really delish on challah!!

hm ... somehow the ice cream sounds yum WITH the cookies ... can you do both ... | I'm on WW, so no, for me it'll be one cookie or two tablespoons of ice cream. If I have to be miserable, I'm dragging them all down with me.
