I made it Friday for Yom Tov, noone touched it, too much food.
Its Tuesday, can I serve it for supper or just chuck it?
I get paranoid about these things.

I think thats sort of borderline.. smell it and take a nibble, if its fine then its OK to eat but the texture might not be so great.

I'm careful to keep our leftovers either always covered or refrigerated and never have trouble saving anything for a week or so. If it was out uncovered at room temperature for a long time, its shelf life will be a lot shorter.
