I made it Friday for Yom Tov, noone touched it, too much food.
Its Tuesday, can I serve it for supper or just chuck it?
I get paranoid about these things.

I'm careful to keep our leftovers either always covered or refrigerated and never have trouble saving anything for a week or so. If it was out uncovered at room temperature for a long time, its shelf life will be a lot shorter.
