I need to travel around the world with three wigs and no sheitel macher at my destination. (!!!)
How?
Can someone figure out a better solution than shoe boxes already?
First off, they never work, my wigs come out looking misshaped. Secondly they take up a lot of space in my luggage. Also I’m terrified I’ll lose my luggage. So much anxiety.
There should be a Jewish product specifically for this purpose already.
I’m stressed.

I put my wig in a Ziploc and it does ok.
You can put them in your hand luggage.

I do well wrapped in tissue paper in a shoebox and travels beautifully. Maybe ask your sheitelmacher to pack it up for you?
I keep it in hand baggage.

I use a silk bag like this https://amzn.to/3C11FkS The silk keeps the hair smooth and static free and prevents it from knotting and it takes up very little space

I always pack Sheitels in my carry ons incase luggage is lost.
I use small round black zipper cases. (Yes 3 would take up a great deal of space but would still fit in carry on so long as you didn't have much else).
SM showed me to flip cap inside out for best results. It works great. Sometimes I don't unpack them for days and still comes out fresh and nice.

I use a satin bag that zips easily and takes up very little space. The satin prevents frizz and static. It’s only $10 at Mazette Wigs! Great for packing other accessories, too (and it’s pink, which for me is a selling point 😁)
