Correct. It makes no sense -- there are several hundred wigs at a sale. And that's just of one sort (there are several sorts of wigs they carry)... I don't believe it's overstock anymore, It's a full-blown business.

They won't say hair origin, but say it cannot be colored. It is processed hair. And that is fine , just take the color it is.

But its a real toiva for the community. Who can afford the crazy wig prices until they showed up... it costs so much to be a yid...

Sorry to revive an old thread, was searching about wig outlet for an upcoming sale

It may have been a few irregular wigs gotten at wig companies in the beginning, but by now its a full blown business. This is not overstock from heimish companies (maybe overstock from wholesalers in China). Noone has so much overstock to flood their own market knowing they will be sold at rock bottom prices. They are clearly buying wigs wholesale -- good quality wigs, and selling them without any middle men.

I ordered through the fb group "wigs you wish you could afford" or sth like that. The ones I ordered were processed hair but very nice. She also helps people order virgin hair direct but those are more pricey.

They only say it’s virgin hair when they have a few virgin hair pieces (iirc it’s been like 2-3 times in past few months).

And in regards to color they literally say on their instagram page - every wig takes color differently and they don’t recommend buying a wig with the plan to completely color it.

Branded means it's a regular name brand. But they supposedly cut out the tags or any identifiers. I don't know if this is true, but it's their claim.
