Was driving through BP this week and saw there are two Elzee stores. One has clothing out front on racks for $5, $10, $15- I am assuming that's the outlet location? Are all the prices inside the outlet the same ranges? What do they sell in the outlet location? Does the outlet location has a fitting room? Is it cash only or do they accept credit card also

They have older things that didn't sell, sometimes uncommon sizes etc
They have a fitting room, I can pay cash or card
