If you’re a boss or manager or company owner, do you feel loyalty or allegiance to employees who have demonstrated commitment to your company? And are you motivated to do what you can to retain good staff, or do you see everyone as easily replaceable?

In this day and age a loyal employee with a good work ethic is a hard to find gem. Definitely committed to keeping them on board.

Everyone is replaceable, but easily? No way. Every time someone leaves it means placing an ad, sorting through resumes, interviews, negotiations, weeks of training, and hoping it's a good fit. Otherwise it's back to square one. Major loss of productivity.

I value my workers very much and I try my best to let them know that.
