Anyone know what type of food starch is put in?

The vast majority of modified food starch in the US is gluten-free. Generally, modified food starch is made from corn, waxy maize and potatoes, meaning that those types are gluten-free. Though some modified food starch may contain wheat.

I asked them about this. It’s corn or tapioca. I believe lebens say gluten free somewhere on the packaging. Maybe on the big boxes. I’m not sure.
