first off they freeze great
cranberry sauce
cranberry orange cake
cranberry brownies
cranberry apple crunch
I LOVE fresh cranberries !

I just made a few cranberry cobblers and cranberry pumpkin muffins. Froze the rest of the cranberries for future uses

I just bake with chopped apple, pear splash of lemon juice, dash of cinnamonpinch of salt, drizzle olive oil,covered or partially covered. Really nice sweet & tart treat
