I make tortilla chips and freeze. . Serve with chummus and bassar.
Dinner done has a recipe with ground meat and techina. (It calls for wraps but I used tortillas.
I serve it with pulled beef, taco meat, salmon tacos (I have a few times a week salmon with red cabbage).
Between carpools had a recipe with chicken cutlets and cucumber salad.

milchig - if you have a small frying pan you can make a 1 egg omelet that should fit perfectly inside, you can add cheese/veggies first and/or spread cream cheese if you like. you can also do just cheese and veggies but its not as filling
parve - salmon and coleslaw is great
fleishig - guacamole, cooked ground beef, and homemade salsa (chopped tomatoes, red onion, green onion, lemonjuice)
another fleishig options is rice and grilled chicken (make double the night before and have leftovers in wraps)

Cheese tortillas- warm up 2 on a Betty crocker, flip one, add shredded cheese, top with the warmed side of the second
Let go till crispy-yum!
