Breakfast- protein vegetable 1 bread or oat bran cereal
lunch protein vegetable low calorie cracker
dinner- protein vegetable

low calorie cheesecake by day with coffee....... nothing past 6pm only low calorie ices.....

and 8-10 cups water!

can we do it??!?!!? post your starting weigt..... I prefer to do this in private......dont want to hijack the website

I know you didn’t ask- but ten pounds in two weeks is not safe, sustainable or long term

Please be kind to your body - don’t starve it or abuse it with extreme exercise
