I want to lose about 50 pounds post baby responsibly. I put on weight after each baby and have gotten pretty heavy. I’m already doing daily exercise and eating carefully - tracking calories and eating mostly protein and vegetables. I’m not against the weight loss shots, but I’m not rushing to them as my salvation. I would love some recommendations of where to go to give me some direction. To clarify, this is before going to a nutritionist etc. I want to have an overall discussion with a doctor of what makes the most sense and is a healthy way for me to lose the weight.
