I have so many leftovers! How do I freeze chicken breasts (cut into small pieces) cooked in a sauce. Just like that in the freezer? And then how to defrost?

Put in container as is in freezer.
To defrost, take out and let thaw.
That simple. I do it all the time

Yep, just like that. Also write with a marker on the container what it is , the date and how much you have. For example: chicken with duck sauce, 4 portions, 10/20

We all have that wonderful hope and assurance that we will remember what's in the freezer and then we take it out and wonder what is this Scratching Head
