Does anyone have a good easy recipe for caramelized onion chicken without bones? Either cutlets or pargiot. We've gotten it at a couple of different supermarket takeouts and liked it. I tried a recipe on between carpools and we didn't like it-- I think it was too salty and overpowering. Also I'd prefer not to have to open a bottle of wine for it.

I saute onions in a frying pan. When they're golden brown, I add chicken cutlets with a bit of garlic powder. After about 5 to 10 minutes, I flip the cutlets over until the other side is cooked. Best served fresh. Delicious.

Would the Gush Gourmet smothered onion chicken recipe work with pargiot?

I carmelize onions for a long time. In the meantime I bake chicken cutlets with oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then I add the carmelized onions with a bit of brown sugar and soy sauce and finish baking

You'll want to cook it for half the amount of time.
