I'm sorry if this is double posted, I can't seem to find the original one.
Looking for a nice good chicken cutlet recipe I could prepare and freeze for a Simcha. Thank you

Would you do old fashioned breaded? With a sauce it's the best.

Yes, do you have a nice delish sauce? I'm not looking to make things complicated just pretty on the plate and good tasting. If you have an easy nice appetizer that you I'd love to know what.

Any sauce from any cookbook or even Google. Idea is to Sautee onion garlic. You can make it either into a mushroom sauce, onion sauce or even celery sauce. I don't have anything on the top of my head. I can Google for you in a few min. I'll come back with a link.
This is a mushroom sauce Easy Mushroom Gravy Recipe or Mushroom Sauce | Best Recipe Box

With this I would cut the mushrooms in smaller pieces.
Either use water or make broth with chicken soup mix or beef soup mix. (The 3 cups liquid and mix with soup mix)
For celery sauce instead of using mushrooms use Diced celery and Sautee for a bit longer.
