I pretty much use dark chicken for every recipe bec I can stand dry chicken, this is getting expensive.
Anyone have a recipe for juicy tasty chicken breast or have a good method of cooking?
I marinate chickien in italian dressing for an hr. I bread it. Fry it on each side for no more than 3 min on a number 6 heat. I use the thin or extra thin cutlets. I literally work with a timer. Its delicious.
