I made this today for my in laws and they loved it
Chicken bottoms
Ras Al hanut spice
Philedelphia spice
Silan drizzle
Black pepper
Cranberries and cranberry juice (I had frozen cranberries so I used the juice and added a few)
Paprika - optional (they are Hungarian so they like paprika, but it’s also good without)
bake covered until the juices comes out and is fully cooked. Uncover and braise in the oven till skin is crunchy
ETA if you want sauce to be more thick can cool it and mix some starch into it
