Any saucy chicken bottom recipes that do not include duck sauce?

I made this today for my in laws and they loved it
Chicken bottoms
Ras Al hanut spice
Philedelphia spice
Silan drizzle
Black pepper
Cranberries and cranberry juice (I had frozen cranberries so I used the juice and added a few)
Paprika - optional (they are Hungarian so they like paprika, but it’s also good without)
bake covered until the juices comes out and is fully cooked. Uncover and braise in the oven till skin is crunchy
ETA if you want sauce to be more thick can cool it and mix some starch into it

Sweet chili on top of bottoms that are covered in minced onion and garlic. Absolutely delicious!

Honey chicken (with soy sauce and garlic).
Smothered onion chicken (with lots of caramelized onions seasoned well)
Primavera chicken with squash tomatoes and Italian dressing
Coca-Cola chicken with coke, ketchup and apricot jam

3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour until slightly browned.
