For example short ribs spiced over raw onion. Is cover it tight freeze it and then bake fresh for chag. Will the taste be altered?
Same with meat in a duck sauce concoction... Is it ok?

I do it and the results are amazing but I don’t prep the vegetables before. Just fresh out of the tray into a ziplock with marinade into the freezer
