Corned beef was on sale so I bought it for when we have guests.
Should I freeze it raw? or cooked, slice, and freeze?

Personally I like to bake and slice when bought. Freeze sauce separately. Label pan with number of slices. This way it’s easy to just pull out and heat when having guests.
Instead of remembering to defrost, cook, cool, slice. Et.

Both work great. If you have now time and freezer space it's always fun having an item on the menu ready.
