Are there any better schools/areas to live that better cater to English speaking children/teens with the following types of needs/issues?

1) visual impairment
2) speech/occupational therapy
3) anxiety/depression

I mean there's special needs school and regular schools. Special needs schools are usually a wide range of functioning levels and needs.

Most regular schools don't want to deal with issues. Theres schools here and there that are more open to handling things but they usually attract a type of struggling kids.

Thanks, are there any religious schools better known for being helpful for these issues with support for native English speaking children?

Do all those exist in the same child?
They are very into mainstreaming kids here.
My friend's daughter is in a special school for vision impaired kids in Jerusalem.
If you want anglo therapists, go to an area with a large anglo population.

Anxiety and depression are dealt with through psychiatrists and neurologists along with your pediatrician. That's through the kupa. You could also go privately and get reimbursed from the kupa.

You need to be in Yerushalayim for best services.
Shma Koleinu operate a kindergarten plus integration project for hearing impairment.
There are ganei safa, ganei tikshoret, kitot tikshoret, who give a wide range of services.
Most elementary schools have speech/occupational with hours from the government depending on your child's needs.
Mental health issues are a way bigger problem.
Call Chaim Vechesed and ask them what they advise.
