I have leftover pastrami cold cuts and want to use them up tonight. I am probably only making chicken (and only have chicken bottoms today, am waiting for my meat delivery), since I have leftover side dishes from yesterday. Can I make something using chicken bottoms and cold cuts? I was thinking along the lines of stuffing the chicken with cold cuts, but with what else? Anyone can help? Any other ideas would be great too.

Tear it into shreds and stir fry it with onions and toss it with fried rice, yum!
Or use that mixture to stuff your chickens.

Do you have the KBD sot? You can make something similar to the salami quiche florentine.

Make pastrami matzah bri with sauteed onions. Delicious!!!!

Um, I never fried rice, how do I do that?

Sautee the onions, add the pastrami, meanwhile, make rice as you usually do, and once it is finished, add the rice to the onions and pastrami.

On here was a recipe called something like "Defy's Chicken Pastrami" or something like that. It was posted a few years back. It was a cutlet, pastrami & mashed potatoes piled on top of each other & was delicious. If I find it, I'll bump it up.
