Broil it or even bake on highest temperature, with soy sauce and a little salt and pepper. DELICIOUS! But steak is a luxury.

steak will always shrink
get a meat thermometer, you stick it in the meat and it has diff temp to tell you when its cooked depending on what it is and how you like it cooked.

use a meat hammer to bang it first. will make thinne/less tough.
tip: cover with plastic bag or saranwrap so won't have meat juice flying everywhere, and won't be a pain to clean the meat hammer.

I in general make meat dinners by marinating the meat in all kinds of yummy sauces: duck sauce, soy sauce, seseam oil, mustard, spices, salt, a little wine. the marinating process causes the meat tobe more tender than if you would just smear it all on then cook right away. this works great when I make stir fry...good luck

We pan broil our steak all the time. Brush the pan with olive oil, heat on high and add steak. It broils much faster than on the grill and is almost as good.

I always marinate in A-1 and then sautee with onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Add some wine or soy sauce; it's amazing!

IF you are more organized... a good way to keep your meats and chicken moist (B.4 cooking) is by putting them in water overnight (or even not overnight- but as long as you are able helps somewhat)
Broiling the steak in the oven with something like duck sauce- gives it a very grilled and good taste- its a no fail!!!
