I love breaded veal cutlets and would love
to have them on succos but $$$…I usually bread and fry them. Do you think I can do the same with rib steaks? They are half the price .

Rib steak is much thicker than veal cutlets.

I bake a silver tip roast and then slice it, bread and fry it

Yes you can but maybe buy thinner steaks can be done with or without the bone
It’s called beef Milanese
