Would you bread rib steak?

I love breaded veal cutlets and would love
to have them on succos but $$$…I usually bread and fry them. Do you think I can do the same with rib steaks? They are half the price .

Rib steak is much thicker than veal cutlets.

I bake a silver tip roast and then slice it, bread and fry it

That sounds delicious- how do you do that? Fry it like shnitzel?
